As ELC's Landscape Division Manager, Houston Smith manages and supervises the landscape and hardscape design and installation process.

Houston manages two crews that handle landscaping, wood decks, arbors, paver and stone patios, ponds and waterfalls, outdoor kitchens, drainage and nightscaping.

A 1993 Mississippi College graduate, Houston believes continuing education and training is key in this ever-changing industry. He is a Certified Texas and Mississippi nurseryman, as well as being a licensed drain layer. Houston further expands his educational background annually by completing courses in irrigation, plants and live goods, outdoor lighting, and management.

Houston has been an Humble, Texas resident since 1994 where he resides with his wife, Trish and their two daughters, Olivia and Briana. >Contact Houston
